• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size, or fit.

• Alterations are available at an additional cost, starting at ₹1,000/-.

• The final cost of alterations may vary depending on the complexity of the adjustments required.

• Alterations will extend delivery timelines, and full payment must be made before any modifications are processed.

3.⁠ ⁠SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping is chargeable for all orders, both within India and internationally.

• Domestic Shipping (India): Standard rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

• International Shipping: Charges will vary based on destination and weight. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.

• Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Due to high volume, shipping timelines may be longer than usual.
